Launched in October 2024 at the House of Lords. The #1MBW Movement is developing a strategy for Savvitas World Business Women to connect 1 Million+ women in business worldwide. The focus is on increasing women’s access to funding, fostering an ecosystem of women investing in women, and advocating for policy changes that support female investors and entrepreneurs. The initiative is driven by a powerful global network of ambassadors, corporate outreach, and strategic partnerships across all nations and sectors. The outcome for 2025, a culmination of global funding roundtables with funders, founders and industry experts, is our Rethinking Capital White Paper, announced at WBW 2025 and to be published in November.

Key Ambitions and Measurable Results
Building on outcomes from our highly successful global funding roundtables, led by Angelique Mohring, Delilah Panio and Louisa Wong, 1MBW is publishing its first white paper 'Rethinking Capital' which outlines key solutions for investing in women. WBW is also working on:
Women-Led Investor Forums: A global forum with two tracks—one for experienced investors, the other for women learning to invest, developing strong community connections
Virtual Knowledge Cafés: Investment, policy impact, tax breaks, and entrepreneurship are key themes.
Corporate Outreach: Engaging and educating senior women in corporate roles on angel investing, with expansion focused on corporate partnerships and NED roles
Impact Measurement: Key metrics - number of pitches, investments, jobs created, and new KPIs will track the initiative's success, with plans to scale in future years
