WBW COP26 Report

Savvitas and World Business Women are determined to help find solutions to the problems climate change is creating for women across the world

It is vital women are involved in climate change policy discussions because as well as being major consumers, one in three SMES (Small and Medium Enterprises) is owned by women. To discover what action women business leaders in different parts of the world are taking to combat climate change and build climate-resilient businesses, Savvitas marked its second World Business Day with an international online meeting of women leaders to collaborate and agree solutions.

During interactive global sessions, women in businesses, large and small, from over 25 countries exchanged ideas on how they have begun to adapt and innovate to meet what Savvitas founder Helene Martin Gee described as  "The most serious and urgent challenge facing every woman today".

The Savvitas World Business Women Report was presented on behalf of Savvitas to the COP26 summit in Glasgow by WBW Chair Sue Lawton MBE
